Dean R. Hazard
Dean Hazard, certified marine mechanic, has been working in the marine service/repair industry for the past forty years. Dean trained with his dad, Russ Hazard in the very early years and has been in the marine field since that time. Dean attends yearly training seminars to retain certifications with Mercury, OMC and Honda engines. His portfolio also includes fiberglass repair certification. He is a past president of the New England Outboard Dragboat Association, and an award winner in many divisions. Dean is a lifelong resident of Webster, married, with one daughter, and three grandchildren.

Greg Petro
Greg Petro has been in the marine field for the past twenty years. He specialty is electrical diagnostics, but enjoys every aspect of the marine engine. Greg is certified for Mastercraft assembly and disassembly procedures, OMC outboard service, Mercury Marine Technical Service and Honda Certified. He was a member of NEODA, involved in many aspects of the racing community bringing the club to be involved with the APBA. He is the father of two daughters, and a resident of Southbridge.

Jim Bernier
Jim Bernier has always been a boat enthusiast. His training began at the side of his dad, Gerry Bernier at Jesse Whites in Webster, three decades ago. His career continued there with the marina pursuing certifications in Mercury outboards, Mercruiser, Yamaha, Johnson, Seadoo and Volvo Penta. He also has completed Mastercraft Ski Boat training along with the Honda Technical Service. He has been active in the NEODA club winning the Pure Stock Division. He is married with two sons and a resident of Webster.
